CL7 Equine Facility
We started out with mini horses, but we have so much more now! Champ's Lucky 7 (CL7) has miniature horses, miniature donkeys, lesson horses and chickens. Our lesson horses and some of our minis are at Head Quarters Farm on Douglas Road. The rest of our minis are at River Birch Farm on Bunch Walnuts Road - both locations are in Chesapeake, Virginia.
In 2025 we suffered the loss of Bobby Champion. He put the "Champ" in Champ's Lucky 7. In 2026 we will be selling our farm on Bunch Walnuts Rd and downsizing to just the farm on Douglas Rd. As we prepare to sell our farm we will be offering mature minis in addition to the babies that are due in the spring.
As parents and grandparents we understand that it can be a little scary putting your tiny tot on a big horse, so we always welcome you to meet our horses and observe a lesson.
