If you're looking for a miniature horse, you've come to the right place.
If there's a horse not listed for sale that really catches your eye, just ask.
Horses and donkeys are herd animals and their happiness and good health depends on the companionship of other equine companions. We prefer to sell our horses and donkeys to homes where they have equine companionship, therefore we offer Companionship Pricing.
In the future we will be offering Kune Kune pigs and Mandarin Ducks for sale. Check their pages for their progress.
Wild Wanderer offers chicks and ducks as well as fertilized eggs for sale. Contact Emily for pricing and information.
2020 FOALS WILL BE ARRIVING THIS SUMMER As our 2020 foals arrive they will be pictured on our Foals page. If they have not been previously spoken for they will be added here on our Sale Page for your consideration. Our lesson program is getting stronger and we will be adding another horse for that program. This unfortunately means that we need to downsize our minis, so if there's a horse that catches your eye let us know.
Just a little something to remember: Owning a horse, donkey or any other animal is a big commitment that must be considered carefully. In addition to the expense, a certain amount of time will be required each day in order to maintain a proper environment to keep your animal in good health. When I bought my first couple horses I had a friend tell me that a lot of times people don't realize the commitment large animals require. He said contrary to what some people think, they don't just stand out there in the pasture and take care of themselves. He said, "When you own livestock you know what happens on Christmas? You gotta feed those cows twice a day. And ya know what happens if your Mama dies? You gotta plan the funeral around feeding them cows twice a day."
SALE POLICY A deposit will hold a foal until weaning or a horse until transport. Once a deposit is accepted we no longer offer that animal for sale, therefore should the buyer choose not to complete the sale their deposit would be forfeited. Should the horse die or become permanently injured, CL7 Minis will refund the buyer's deposit.
Coggins available upon request. Coggins and/or Health Certificates for horses sold at a discounted price will be at the expense of the buyer.
All horses must be paid in full before buyer takes possession of the animal.
After purchasing an animal we request that you take possession within 2 weeks of the sale or weaning. If there's a special occasion such as a birthday or Christmas let us know. Arrangements can be made to hold a horse or donkey until that date. If the animal is not picked up by the date specified at the time of sale, boarding fees may be charged. If time exceeds 90 days, the sale will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Please inspect and measure the animal you are purchasing at the time of sale. We strive for accuracy, but if you'd like to double-check our measurements you can bring your stick when you come or you can borrow ours.
CL7 Minis cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided by the buyer (i.e. email address, physical address, phone number).
Local delivery can be arranged upon request. Fee for out of town delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale.
